Overview

BG Remover sells digital image-processing credits and subscriptions. Because credits can be consumed immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Refunds We May Approve

  • Duplicate payments or accidental repeated orders.
  • Payments where credits were not delivered due to a technical error.
  • Service outages that prevent use for a meaningful period after purchase.
  • Other cases required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds We May Decline

  • Credits that have already been substantially used.
  • Results affected by image quality, complex backgrounds, or user expectations about perfect output.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@imagebackgroundremover.guru with your PayPal transaction ID, account email, purchase date, package purchased, and a short explanation. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, the timing of funds returning to your payment method depends on PayPal and your bank or card issuer.

Complaints and Payment Disputes

If you have a complaint about billing, credits, service availability, image-processing results, account access, or suspected unauthorized use, contact support@imagebackgroundremover.guru. Please include your account email, PayPal transaction ID if applicable, screenshots or error messages, and a clear description of the issue. If we cannot resolve a payment issue directly, PayPal may also provide its own dispute and refund process under PayPal’s policies.
